Who’s on the job

We look at a lot of garage slabs every month. Some are clean and newer, poured during Oro Valley’s 2000s and 2010s building boom. Others are older or cracked and need prep work first. Either way, the estimate starts with a walk of the actual concrete, not a phone quote.

How we approach a floor

Not every slab needs the same coating. A garage that bakes under direct sun all afternoon calls for a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat. A slab that deals with monsoon humidity swings is often better suited to polyurea. A clean, newer slab headed for a decorative upgrade might just need a solid epoxy base and a flake broadcast.

We’d rather recommend the right system for your specific floor than sell the same product to every house on the street. That means grinding the slab before coating, checking for cracks and moisture, and putting the scope in writing before any work starts.
